Fall Retreat for Arroyo/Rio/Fuente: Saturday, August 17th

We are looking forward to getting started with our first full meeting this year being the Fall Retreat on August 17th at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church (8245 Getwell Road) from 10am-4pm.  We have heard you say over and over that one of your favorite things about CoroRio is getting to know new people who love the same things that you do…we take this time to really focus on that and allow you to start forming what could be new life-long friendships!
The plan: We will do fun team-building games/activities, rehearse, and have plenty of basic social time for you to get to know each other and make some new friends as we start this year!
It is important for ALL members to attend.  Please let us know ASAP if you have an unavoidable conflict.
Everyone needs to have turned in a copy of the Emergency Medical Release form to participate in the retreat!  You should have turned this in at registration on Tuesday evening, but just in case….you can find a copy to print here: CoroRio Medical Release and Media Waiver:
…..
Please wear last year’s gray RISE tshirt.  If you are a new student, please let us know your size by filling out this quick form here: https://goo.gl/forms/WvmZAVfPfVj629i53   You can grab your shirt at registration on Tuesday, or we will have it for you on Saturday when you arrive. 🙂
We will have a table of items for you to use to add a little “spirit” to your attire for the day when you first arrive.  If you would like to bring your own face/body paint, crazy socks, bandanas, etc.  you are welcome to!  Each choir will be given points for our day-long competition based on how much spirit they show.
We will be serving pizza for lunch.  If you have special dietary needs or don’t prefer pizza, please feel free to bring your own sack lunch.  Parents, if you are able to help set up/serve food, or bring drinks, chips or cookies, please sign up here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0448ada82fa5fd0-fall1
We can’t wait to see everyone on Saturday!
