CoroFuente
CoroFuente (Spanish for Fountain or Spring Choir)
CoroFuente is the choir designed for changed voice male singers who have demonstrated good vocal technique and music reading skills (usually advanced middle school and high school age). Emphasis is placed on more advanced vocal technique, music reading skills, performance, teamwork and leadership. As part of our mentorship program, CoroFuente members will have the privilege of joining with the Mississippi River Chorale for the last part of their rehearsal each week. Students generally perform in two major concerts a year, one being Christmas with CoroRio at the Cannon Center for the Performing Arts and the other being our annual spring concert.
Rehearsals:
- Thursdays 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
- August 14th - May 14th
- Cornerstone Church (8245 Getwell Road, Southaven)
