August 13th - Season Launch Party for CoroRio (DeSoto County)

August-September - Open rehearsals! Come and visit and see what our choirs and classes are all about!

August 27th - Mississippi River Chorale Kickoff rehearsal

September - First Steps in Music Classes begin (2nd week of the month)

September 19th - Children’s Day at the Hernando Farmer’s Market

September 20th - Fall Retreat (DeSoto children and youth choirs)

October 29th - MRC Fall Concert, (Youth Choirs are guest performers)

November 7th - Caroling at Silo Square

November 11th - MRC Joint Veterans Day Concert with Ole Miss Concert Singers

December 5th - Christmas with CoroRio Dress Rehearsal

December 6th - Christmas with CoroRio at the Heindl Center (Senatobia, MS)

January 7th - CoroRio Children and Youth Choirs resume

January 14th - MRC rehearsals resume

January 15th - State Solo & Ensemble

February 5th - MMI Children’s Choir Festival (Nino/Corriente/Oxford guest performers)

February 12th - MMI Music Teachers’ Professional Development Workshop

March 2nd - MMI Choral Showcase

April 8th - MRC Spring Concert

April 12/13/or15 - TBD MRC Joint Concert with University of Memphis

April 16th & 17th - Bluff City Choral Festival

April 29th - Spring Concert dress rehearsal

April 30th - Spring Concert (all choirs)

June 14th-18th - Camp CoroRio (PreSchool and Elementary groups)

June 15th & 16th - MMI Choral Intensive (2 Day Camp for Middle and High School groups)
