Dear CoroRio members and parents,
We are looking forward to seeing you all at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church (8245 Getwell Rd., Southaven) on Tuesday, August 15th between 5:00pm-7:00pm. All members need to
complete the registration process before beginning rehearsals on August 22nd. If you would like to download and fill out the forms we need in advance to allow your registration to go more quickly, you can find them on our website here: https://cororio.org/index.php/member-info/ (The password is cororio2017.)
Required documents include an Annual Agreement and an Emergency Medical Form/Media Waiver.
Fees due August 15th include the Registration Fee ($40 for Nino/Corriente; $50 for Arroyo/Rio/Fuente), and at least one month’s tuition. The tuition rates are listed by month or annually (with discount) below.
Nino: $50/month ($90 with registration) or $475 full payment ($515 with registration)
Corriente: $55/month ($95 with registration) or $522.50 full payment ($562.50 with registration)
Arroyo/Rio/Fuente: $65/month ($115 with registration) or $617.50 full payment ($667.50 with registration)
There are three options for tuition payments: 1) Full payment for annual tuition (5% discount, due August 15th) 2) Monthly payments via direct debit (Direct debit form is available on the website or at registration and needs to be turned in August 15th) 3) Monthly credit card payment (card information/signature provided on Annual Agreement).
Checks can be made payable to CoroRio or MMI. Paypal payments can be accepted with no fee if sent to [email protected] through friends and family option. Credit Card payments can be accepted with a 5% fee.

We will also have the Ad Sales packets available for you at Registration. If you want to get a jump start on the sales, you can find all the documents you need here: https://cororio.org/index.php/ad-sales/ Inside covers and back page will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
NEW PARENTS: (Or returning parents who want a refresher on information!) All new CoroRio parents must attend an informational meeting on either August 15th at 7:00 pm (St. Timothy’s) OR August 29th at 7:30 pm (Desoto Hills) *Note: the second date was incorrect on a previous email, please be sure to note the correct date here.

August 26: Retreat (required) for Arroyo/Rio/Fuente (10am-5pm @ St. Timothy’s)
December 15: Dress Rehearsal for Christmas with CoroRio
December 16: Christmas with CoroRio (4pm)
January 12-13: Arroyo/Rio/Fuente Retreat (Wall Doxey State Park)
March 2: Performance at Riverkings Game (All choirs, 6:15 pm)
May 5th: Spring CoroRio Concert (4pm)
*We realize that there will sometimes be unavoidable conflicts with any calendar. Please note these dates and make every effort to follow our general policy…”if CoroRio is first on the calendar, CoroRio is first priority.” If you have a conflict that you are aware of, please be sure to let us know as soon as possible. These are the main activities for the year, but other activities will be added with plenty of advance notice throughout the year. We appreciate notice of conflicts in writing and with as much advance notice as possible.
