We are so grateful to have been invited to sing as the guest Children’s Choir with the Memphis Symphony Orchestra again this year. This year’s invitation is to join the MSO in their performance of the Nutcracker with Ballet Memphis. The rehearsals and performances with the orchestra will be held at the Orpheum downtown. We will have just three short rehearsals together before the rehearsals with the orchestra because the music is very simple. We also only need 12 voices this time, so I am only opening this up to Rio to start with. Please look over the dates below and then sign up if you are able to commit to each of the rehearsals and performances. What a cool opportunity to perform in the Orpheum and see the Nutcracker from a completely different perspective!
*Note: Families are NOT given comp tickets for this performance, but have traditionally been invited to sit in on a dress rehearsal of the performance.
