Winter Retreat Details 2/14-2/15 (Arroyo/Rio/Fuente)

We are PUMPED about the upcoming retreat! We are planning a fabulous time for all of you to get to know each other better and enjoy some time away.  Please be sure to dress in layers and be prepared for some outdoor activities.

**Everyone is expected to participate in the retreat unless a prior conflict has been communicated with Mrs. Norris no later than Tuesday, February 4th.

WHO: Arroyo, Rio, Fuente.  Arroyo will be in a cabin all together with Dr. Hearn, Fuente will be in a cabin all together with Dr. Trott, Mr. Sanders, Mr. Norris, and Mr. Hall. Rio will be in two cabins – one with Mrs. Norris and one with Mrs. Summer.  (Please be sure to sign-up for the appropriate cabin below, which will serve as confirmation for your attendance at the retreat.)

WHAT: Mid-year retreat for team building and bonding opportunities.  Similar to the fall retreat, this event is vital to the success of each group with our meeting time being so limited each week. 

WHERE: Camp Hopewell, 24 CR 231, Oxford MS (Directions) 

WHEN: February 14-15, 2020, Meet between 5:30 and 6:00 pm at the Cornerstone Cabin on Friday evening.  We will finish at 4:00 pm on Saturday.

OTHER DETAILS:

Come to “Cornerstone” cabin to check in and drop off any food items you brought between 5:30-6:00 pm on Friday. Campground Map

Please eat before you come or bring your dinner with you.  Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Saturday. We will have pizza for lunch – you can check the sign-up list for what we are planning for breakfast and feel free to bring alternatives for either meal if you wish.

There is no extra cost for the retreat (it is included in registration fee) but we need everyone to please sign up to bring a couple of things from the list-  (breakfast items, drinks, snacks, roasting sticks, or camp fire wood).  Please sign up here: Winter Retreat Food Sign-Up

Clothes to stay warm in- we WILL have some outdoor activities…brrrr!
