Dress Rehearsal

• Friday, October 27th in the Cannon Center -Dress casually ( jeans, t-shirt, etc.) If you have a CoroRio shirt, please wear it
• 5:45 Drop off in the loading dock, 5:50 Call Time seated on stage
  • Park in the Convention Center garage – parking is free! We are on the MSO Chorus list. Give your student’s name to the attendant (if there is one) and ignore any signs about scanning to park. You will not be charged to park.
• Rehearsal ends at 8:30 pm.
  • If you are being dropped off, meet Mr. Hall in the lobby so he can verify that you are leaving with your parents.
• The Cannon Center is setting three dressing rooms aside for CoroRio. While there should be no need for students to change clothes at the Cannon Center, students are encouraged to bring water to keep in the dressing rooms to use between sets.

Memphis Performance

• Saturday, October 28th in the Cannon Center – performance clothes
  • Park in the Convention Center garage – parking is free! We are on the MSO Chorus list. Give your student’s name to the attendant (if there is one) and ignore any signs about scanning to park. You will not be charged to park!
• 6:00 Call Time
• 7:30 PM Concert
  • The concert should end around 8:40.
  • If you are being dropped off, meet Mr. Hall in the lobby so he can verify that you are leaving with your parents.

Oxford Performance

• Sunday, October 29th in the Ford Center – performance clothes
• 12:00 PM – meet the charter bus at Cornerstone, depart for Oxford
  • eat before you arrive – it will be a long day!
• 1:30 PM – meet at the School of Music Band Hall across from the Ford Center in Oxford (if you do not choose to ride the charter bus)
• 2:30 PM Concert
  • The concert should end around 3:40
  • If you are not riding the bus, please meet Mr.Hall near the bench in front of the Ford Center so that he can verify that you are leaving with your parents.
• 5:45 PM – charter bus drop off at Cornerstone

Tickets

Tickets for the Memphis performance ($17-$90) can be purchased here through the MSO webpage – be aware that Ticketmaster fees will be applied upon checkout. Fees are based off of ticket price and vary.

Tickets for the Oxford performance ($25-$40) can be purchased either over the phone or through the Ford Center webpage. There will be a $5 service fee added to online ticket orders, but no fee for over the phone purchases. The box office is open Monday-Friday from 10AM to 4PM at 662-915-7411.
